About the positionResponsibilities• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure. • Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services. • Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments. • Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources. • Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions. • Implement and manage security policies and configurations within the Zscaler platform.• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2). • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on Zscaler security best practices. • Keep current with Zscaler security trends, threats, and technologies. Requirements• Solid understanding of Zscaler security solutions, including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). • Proficiency in configuring, managing, and optimizing Zscaler services. • Knowledge of network security best practices and industry standards.• Ability to implement and manage security controls in network environments. • Understanding of network security principles and practices. • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent documentation skills, including the creation of procedures, process documentation, and user documentation related to IAM applications. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.• Minimum of [3] years of experience in network security or a related role. • Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features. • Experience with network security tools and technologies. • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2). • Strong understanding of network security, identity and access management, and encryption. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Relevant certifications such as Zscaler Certified CloudProfessional (ZCCP), CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.Nice-to-haves• Professional certifications in Zscaler, such as Zscaler for Users - Essentials• Familiarity with additional cloud security technologies and tools, beyond Zscaler, such as CSPM, Data Protection, Ai, etc. • Knowledge of cloud-based security solutions and experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or bolthires Cloud. • In-depth knowledge of Zscaler architecture, deployment, and configuration. • Strong understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation.• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and configuration management.
