WorkForce Software Senior Implementation Consultant

OverviewHRchitect is looking for talented, passionate professionals with WFS experience to join our growing team. As an HRchitect Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients with the implementation and support of WorkForce Software. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills along with a solid understanding of the solution. Responsibilities• Project planning and analysis. • Project Management. • Document configuration requirements. • Configure WorkForce Software per specifications.• Facilitate user acceptance testing sessions. • Coordinate deployment activities. • Provide product training. • Solid understanding of WFS modules• Contribute to the HRchitect Tech Trends Blog. • Interface with customer to build solid relationship. • Actively pursue opportunities within the team to widen your experience. • Demonstrate consistent record of accuracy in configuration. • Demonstrate consistency in responsiveness to teammates and customers. • Mentor junior consultants. • Act as a technical expert.Qualifications• Previous WFS experience. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Comfortable appearing and speaking on video calls. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to collaborate as part of a team. • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. • Ability to work remotely from home office in North America. • Implementation consulting experience a must. • Experience leading implementations from beginning to end. • Proven record of accuracy in executing work. • Certified in WorkForce Functional Implementations.• Certified in WorkForce Configuration. • Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PMP a plus• 5+ Years working in a SaaS environment. • 3+ Years working with WFS in an implementation capacity. • Demonstrated experience working across multiple verticals such as Healthcare, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail.
