This remote position focuses on coordinating with the Siemens Sales team to drive business growth in the healthcare market, leveraging a strong understanding of electrical designs and power distribution products.Responsibilities • Review complex electrical designs and offer alternative solutions to customers., • Facilitate bid negotiations covering system design, bill of materials, labor content, local codes & standards, and contract negotiations., • Identify key stakeholders in the project bid and negotiation process and represent Siemens solutions to them., • Evaluate business opportunities and make recommendations on specifications, system design, and product application. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree orAdvanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field., • 5+ years of sales/engineering experience., • 5+ years of experience with product solutions for construction applications., • Strong understanding of Medium & Low voltage power distribution products., • Valid Driver's license in good standing., • At least 21 years of age to participate in the required Siemens vehicle plan., • Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.Nice-to-haves • Ability to manage conflict and navigate discussions with various stakeholders., • Forward-thinking, growth mindset passionate about business growth., • Self-starter and motivator who can maintain key customer relationships., • Ability to manage C-level relationships within healthcare end users., • Working knowledge of the electrical industry and specific markets.
