This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about real estate and digital marketing, with the flexibility to work from home while contributing to the growth of a reputable consultancy.Key Responsibilities• * Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. • * Content Creation: Develop compelling property listings, virtual tours, and promotional materials (social media, emails, blogs, etc.). • * Digital Advertising: Manage paid ads across Google, social media platforms, and real estate listing websites to drive traffic and increase conversions. • * Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer demographics to inform marketing efforts and adapt strategies accordingly.• * Client Relations: Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with property goals. • * Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of campaigns, track ROI, and adjust strategies as necessary for optimal performance. • * Email Campaigns: Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client relationships. • * Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on campaign performance, sales, and marketing activities for management review.• Required Skills and Qualifications• * Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. • * Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector. • * Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. • * Strong communication and copywriting skills. • * Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress). • * Familiarity with real estate websites (Zillow, Realtor.com) and CRM tools.• * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • * Creativity and attention to detail in developing marketing materials and strategies. • Experience• * At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing or advertising, ideally in the real estate industry. • * Previous experience in remote work or managing virtual teams is a plus. • * Experience with analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing campaigns. • Working Hours• * Full-time position with flexible working hours.• * As this is a remote role, you will be required to manage your own schedule while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
