About the positionResponsibilities• Partner with senior leaders in Risk, Audit, and Sustainability to design and implement strategic talent initiatives that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. • Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management to support critical functions in a dynamic financial environment. • Drive employee engagement and performance by developing solutions that strengthen Rabobank’s HR brand and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated programs in areas such as talent management and compensation• Leverage data and analytics to provide insights that inform decision-making and enhance organizational effectivenessRequirements• Bachelor’s degree• 7+ years relevant experience• Ability to travel regionally up to 15%• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
