Remote, Contract-based California Complex Commercial/Business Litigation Attorney Opportunity - 10+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated California-based Complex Commercial/Business Litigation Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Attorney Requirements:- Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of California- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial/Business Litigation- Drafting (contract revisions; pleadings; motions/responses; discovery; anything else during the lifecycle of a case)- Research projects (high-level)- All general back-end production- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines- Self-starter and able to work independentlyOur Attorney pay rate starts at $85/hour.We welcome you to join our established network of legal professionals!
