VMS (Vendor Management System) Analyst
Job DescriptionDescription:A VMS (Vendor Management System) Analyst is responsible for supporting the management, optimization, and reporting of contingent workforce programs through the organization's VMS platform. This role acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders, staffing suppliers, and program managers to ensure efficient and compliant use of the VMS. Key Responsibilities:• Administer and maintain the VMS platform, ensuring data integrity and timely updates. • Generate and analyze reports on contingent workforce metrics, spend, and supplier performance.• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for contingent workers. • Troubleshoot VMS-related issues and provide user support to internal teams and suppliers. • Collaborate with procurement, HR, and IT to align VMS processes with organizational goals. • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and audit standards. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the VMS. Required Skills andQualifications:• Experience with VMS platforms (e.G., Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.).• Strong analytical and reporting skills;proficiency in Excel or similar tools. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Understanding of contingent workforce management and procurement processes. PreferredExperience:• Prior experience in a similar analyst role within a large enterprise. • Familiarity with MSP (Managed Service Provider) programs and supplier management.
