We're looking for a skilled VA to join our remote team and help expand our social media presence!## What You'll Do• * Primary Focus - Social Media & Marketing (60-70%)- Engage authentically in Facebook groups and other social platforms relevant to vacation rentals, travel, and Nashville tourism- Create and schedule posts showcasing our bookable properties with compelling visuals and descriptions- Develop and implement proven social media networking strategies to increase brand awareness- Build relationships with potential guests, property owners, and industry contacts- Monitor social media trends and opportunities in the vacation rental space- Research and identify opportunities in corporate retreat and wedding venue markets• * Administrative Support (30-40%)- Research corporate retreat planners, wedding venues, and event coordination companies- Identify Facebook groups, forums, and platforms where corporate event planners and wedding coordinators gather- Conduct listing audits for accuracy and optimization opportunities- Handle data entry and database maintenance- Assist with various admin tasks as needed- Basic web design maintenance (bonus if you have these skills!)## What We're Looking For• * Must Haves:- Proven experience with social media management and engagement strategies- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail- Experience with Facebook groups and organic social media growth- Self-motivated and able to work independently- Reliable internet connection and professional communication style• * Big Plus:- Experience in vacation rental, hospitality, travel, or EVENT PLANNING industry- Knowledge of corporate retreat planning or wedding venue marketing- Basic web design or WordPress maintenance skills- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools- Research skills and ability to identify new market opportunities- Data entry and admin task experience## What We Offer- Flexible remote work arrangement- Opportunity to grow with an established, profitable company- Collaborative team environment- Potential for increased responsibilities and growthPlease include:1.Examples of social media accounts you've grown or managed2.
