Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented Video Editor / Ad Creative Editor specializing in short-form paid advertisements to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design, with proficiency in industry-standard software. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative advertising initiatives and enhance brand visibility through compelling visual storytelling.Responsibilities• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished short-form videos tailored for paid advertising campaigns. • Create engaging motion graphics and visual effects using tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Maya to enhance ad content. • Incorporate typography, photo manipulation, and graphic design elements to produce visually appealing ads. • Manage post-production processes including color correction, sound editing, and final output formatting for various digital platforms. • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts that align with campaign goals and brand identity.• Maintain organized project files using content management systems and FTP protocols for efficient workflow. • Stay updated on current trends in video production, content creation, and digital advertising to ensure innovative content delivery. Skills• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, Lightroom, and Capture One. • Experience with Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, Maya, Cinema 4D, or other video editing and 3D animation software is a plus.• Strong skills in photo editing, photo manipulation, motion graphics, typography, and graphic design. • Knowledge of videography techniques including filming and content creation for digital media. • Familiarity with content management systems and FTP for file sharing and project organization. • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. • Excellent eye for detail in post-production editing including color grading and sound synchronization. • Understanding of video production workflows from filming to final delivery across multiple platforms.This role is ideal for creative professionals passionate about producing captivating visual content that drives engagement and results in the digital advertising space.
