Unity Game Developer – Multiplayer Games

Job Description:• Develop high-quality PC multiplayer games using Unity and C#• Create engaging multiplayer party games similar to Among Us in 3D• Implement multiplayer functionality using Photon Fusion 2• Set up and manage lobbies, rooms, and matchmaking systems• Integrate games with Steam (achievements, lobby systems, etc.)• Design and implement game design and game balancing• Write clean, well-documented, and performant code• Identify and fix bugs, iterate based on feedbackRequirements:• Proven experience as a Unity Game Developer with a strong portfolio of PC games• Excellent proficiency in C# and the Unity engine• Experience with Photon Fusion 2 (or similar multiplayer networking solutions)• Experience creating party games or social multiplayer games• Experience implementing lobby and room setup systems• Experience with Steam integration (SDK, achievements, multiplayer features)• Portfolio showcasing PC multiplayer games (required)• Experience with version control (Git)• Familiarity with other multiplayer frameworks (Mirror, Netcode for GameObjects) (Nice to Have)• Experience with Unity's animation system and state machines (Nice to Have)• Knowledge of game design principles and player psychology (Nice to Have)• Published games on Steam or other PC platforms (Nice to Have)Benefits:• Work remotely with flexibility and autonomy• Create & innovate: Work on exciting PC multiplayer party games• Growth opportunities: Learn new technologies and advance your career• Inclusive team: Join a collaborative, passionate, and diverse group of game enthusiasts• See your work published: Create games that will be played by thousands on Steam Apply tot his job
