We’re looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator (TC) to help manage, organize, and optimize a real estate resource website: agentprosupport.comOur Client's website provides free spreadsheets, templates, and workflow tools for TCs, Virtual Assistants, and Real Estate Agents. We need someone who understands real estate transactions, workflows, and TC responsibilities, and can help ensure our website content and resources are accurate, user-friendly, and relevant. Your main responsibilities will include:Reviewing spreadsheets, checklists, and workflow tools to ensure accuracy and usability for TCsSuggesting improvements to content for clarity and effectivenessHelping organize resources on the website for maximum ease of useTesting downloads and templates to ensure everything works correctlyProviding input on new resource ideas that TCs and agents will loveQualifications:Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant, or VA supporting real estate teamsFamiliarity with contract-to-close processes, escrow timelines, and compliance requirementsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to communicate clearly and give actionable feedbackComfortable using bolthires Sheets, Excel, and other basic web toolsPreferred but not required:Experience with WordPress or website content managementPrevious work creating or managing real estate templates or workflowsOffer:Flexible hours (part-time / project-based)Opportunity to work on a project that helps hundreds of TCs and agents streamline their workflowLong-term collaboration opportunities if the fit is right- We need suggestions for ways to make spreadsheets more user-friendly and intuitive for TCs visiting the website.Apply tot his job
