About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced, motivated sales rep to represent our brand across the Western (CA, NV) territory.As an independent 1099 contractor, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of accounts. You’ll hit the ground running with an existing book of business, which you’ll grow through strong customer relationships, regular in-person appointments, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a remote role with 60–75% travel focused on in-person customer engagement. Key Responsibilities• Meet regularly with quilt shops and other B2B customers to present new releases and current product lines• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts• Actively prospect for new business in the region• Schedule and execute efficient sales appointments across the territory• Hit sales targets and provide reliable sales forecasting• Serve as a brand ambassador and trusted partner to your customers• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and account supportWhat You Bring• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience• Industry experience required: textiles, hand-crafts, or a directly related category• Ability to travel regularly within your region (60–75%)• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills• Self-starter with strong follow-through and customer focusCompensationThis is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential, structured to reward proactive sales reps with strong customer relationships and follow-through.As a contractor, you'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while representing a high-demand product line in an established territory.
