You can find your productive zone and work from there. • About the role: As a Technical Product Manager for Core Bank Integration at Sardine, you’ll own the strategy and execution for how we connect to banks and payment networks.These integrations are central to how Sardine moves money, manages risk, and supports customers. Your work will enable banks to activate Sardine for account opening, funding, and payments without standalone integration projects. • What you’ll be doing: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for bank core integrations - from discovery to certification to live pilots.Design a scalable integration approach that supports multiple bank cores and enables rapid onboarding of new flows.Lead API mapping and integration design for each core (e.g., Fiserv Communicator Open, Jack Henry).Build strong partnerships with core providers, pilot banks, and internal teams (Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Ops, BD, Sales) to deliver on timelines.Maintain clear API specifications, integration playbooks, mappings, and operational runbooks.Monitor pilot performance (latency, decision outcomes, reliability) and iterate for continuous improvement.Requirements:• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, infrastructure, or platform teams. • 3+ years leading integrations with banks, payment processors, or financial systems. • Experience with core banking platforms and associated APIs. • Familiarity with payment rails (ACH, RTP, wires) and account opening flows. • Strong technical fluency - comfortable working with APIs, system architecture, and backend event flows. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.Benefits:Generous compensation in cash and equityEarly exercise for all options, including pre-vestedWork from anywhere: Remote-first CultureFlexible paid time off, Year-end break, Self care days offHealth insurance, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents - US and Canada specific4% matching in 401k / RRSP - US and Canada specificMacBook Pro delivered to your doorOne-time stipend to set up a home office — desk, chair, screen, etc.Monthly meal stipendMonthly social meet-up stipendAnnual health and wellness stipendAnnual Learning stipendUnlimited access to an expert financial advisory Apply tot his job
