Job:IN-IDOH Technical IT Project Manager (755062)Location : Local candidate will work a hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite at 2N Meridian StreetPosition will be 100% remote for candidates outside the state of IN. Client : state of INPlease upload a copy of PMP certification. Technical IT Project Manager to lead and manage high-complexity projects within IN health department. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, cloud environments, and health care projects, with a focus on delivering innovative IT solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage high-complexity IT projects within the health department. • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, cloud architects, and DevOps engineers. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery.• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management. • Coordinate with the helpdesk team to ensure smooth project implementation and support. • Implement ITSM best practices and manage ITSM projects. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor project performance. • Ensure compliance with health department regulations and standards. • Work in a pressured environment handling multiple projects simultaneously. • Provide oversight for a team of approximately 12 individuals.• Manage large budget-related projects. • Work with internal and external partners and internal teams. • Work very closely with the PMO office to ensure compliance with PMO guidelines. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and higher executive staff, providing regular status reports to all audiences.
