This position pays $60.00 per hour on a w-2 hourly basis or $70.00 per hour on a Corp basis. The Corp rate is for independent contractors only and not third-party firms. Responsibilities for this role:Project manage two initiatives for the firms Talent Acquisition division:Hire Score candidate screening tool implementationResponsible for the day-to-day project. Manage key issue & decision log and project status reports.Facilitate change & end user adoption of the new system within the TA community, including communication and training plan. Talent Acquisition process maps documentation:Map processes for all hire types (i.e., professional, campus, executive, confidential) in bolthires Visio, in order identify areas for standardization, efficiencies, and AI-enabled opportunities.
