We’re hiring aSenior Product Manager – AI to launch and scale AI-powered features that transform the patient experience at Rula. This role will explore how AI can support patients before, during, and after care, always in partnership with their human therapist, so patients feel more engaged, supported, and empowered in their therapy journey.You’ll work at the intersection of AI, clinical expertise, and product innovation, partnering with clinicians, engineers, data scientists, and designers to prototype and test new patient-facing features. Your focus will be on building safe, supportive, and personalized AI experiences that enhance care while maintaining the highest clinical standards. This is a unique opportunity to define how cutting-edge technology can responsibly improve mental health access and outcomes. Required Qualifications• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years building user-facing AI features.• Strong execution and delivery skills, with proven ability to scope MVPs, align stakeholders, and ship quality products in 0 to 1 environments. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate clinical and technical concepts into actionable product frameworks. • Experience facilitating highly cross-functional teams (data science, ML engineering, clinical experts, design, and engineering). • Demonstrated ability to make tradeoffs and clear decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.Preferred QualificationsWhile having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
