About the positionResponsibilities• Develop a strategy for a new technical foundation based on using AI/LLMs to innovate in ad formats. • Design a technical solution that enables the organization to A/B test new ad formats and placements quickly and iterate. • Evangelize the use of LLMs and AI in software development in the broader organization. • Collaborate with Media, Video and Events teams on generating new clips and ad variations to test as ads. • Attract world class talent and provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members.Requirements• Masters in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent technical experience• 7+ years of industry experience including• 3+ years people management experienceNice-to-haves• 12+ years of relevant work experience• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or related fields• Strong academic credentials with publications in top-tier journals and conferences• Experience with search engine, information extraction, knowledge graph, natural language processing, computer vision techniquesBenefits• We strongly believe in the well-being of our employees and their families.That is why we offer generous health and wellness programs and time away for employees of all levels. • The pay range for this role is $191,000-$315,000.
