Technology Consulting Manager – Data Strategy, Governance & AI (Financial Services)
About the Role-We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Consulting Manager to join our Financial Services Data & AI practice. In this role, you will partner with leading banking, capital markets, and insurance organizations to design and implement modern data strategies, governance frameworks, and AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them unlock the value of their data, enhance operational efficiency, and responsibly scale AI adoption within highly regulated environments.Required Qualifications-• 5–10+ years of experience in technology consulting, data strategy, data governance, AI/ML, analytics, or digital transformation, ideally within the Financial Services sector. • Prior experience at top consulting firm preferred. Strong expertise in:• Data Strategy & Operating Model Design• Data Governance & Quality• AI/ML Enablement, GenAI, and Automation• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)• Analytics & Data Architecture• Regulatory Compliance (OCC, FRB, CCAR, BCBS 239, etc.)• Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing engagements, communicate with executives, and translate complex technical concepts into business insights.• Strong experience managing cross-functional delivery teams. Preferred Skills• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Python, SQL, and modern data platforms. • Knowledge of data privacy laws, cybersecurity regulations, and risk frameworks. • Experience with GenAI use case design, prompt engineering, and responsible AI governance. • MBA, MS in Data/AI, or technical certifications (AWS, Azure, CDMP, etc.).
