To be an extension of our client s business as their most trusted advisor, offering reliable technologies that provide comprehensive solutions for the built environment.Job SummaryThe Spectrum Software Consultant is responsible for leading software consulting engagements and ensuring successful implementation and support of the Spectrum platform for our clients. This includes onboarding new clients, configuring the system to meet their specific needs, and providing ongoing support for existing users. Acting as a key liaison between the company and its clients, this role ensures that project goals, timelines, and deliverables are consistently met. Knowledge of Spectrum is an absolute must, but we will consider other ERP package experience if you have the rest of the skills we are looking for.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze client business requirements and objectives to design tailoredimplementation strategies that align with their operational goals. Estimate project timelines, resource needs, and deliverables to createcomprehensive, realistic project plans that account for all key variables. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation throughout thelifecycle of each engagement. Deliver expert consulting services, including business process reviews,strategic planning sessions, system setup, testing, readiness assessments, data imports/conversions, and custom reporting solutions.Develop and maintain deep expertise in the Spectrum software platform, conducting thorough due diligence to alignclient needs with system capabilities. Engage with clients at all organizational levels and technical backgrounds, ensuring clear communication, guidance,and support throughout the project. Provide mentorship and support to junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen the team.Perform additional responsibilities and contribute to internal initiatives as assigned.Position Details, Work Environment & Physical RequirementsStandard office hours for this role are Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm local time zone.This is a full-time, exempt role. This is a remote role with eligibility to work from approved states in the United States.Minimal travel may be required for this role.Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer and keyboard for long durations. Frequent typing and use of a mouse, with fine motor skills required for accurate data entry and navigation. Must be able to maintain good posture and adjust seating and workstation to minimize physical strain. Education, Qualifications & Experience Bachelor s degree required, Business Management or Accounting is preferred.Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, inventory,purchase orders, and general ledger.
