Solution Architect, Identity Management

Job Description:• Partner with the sales team to design and deliver tailored IAM and PAM solutions• Serve as a trusted technical expert and advisor, translating complex product features into strategic outcomes• Lead all aspects of technical pre-sales engagements, including RFP responses, proposals, etc. • Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams and customers• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and engineering• Represent the company as an industry thought leader• Stay current on emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.• Ensure seamless handoff of solution designs to delivery teamsRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)• 8–10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related role within the software or IT industry, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)• Deep knowledge of security and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and HIPAA• Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)• Strong foundation in IAM, PAM, encryption, and network security technologies• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach• Experience with API integration, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and DevOps principles is a plus• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly desirable.Benefits:• Competitive Health Benefits• Continuous Learning and Development Opportunities• Team-Oriented, Collaborative, and Innovative Work Environment• Regular Company Town Halls to Keep You Informed• Opportunities forCareer Growth andAdvancement Apply tot his job
