The role combines hands-on campaign management with detail-oriented SEO tasks, requiring someone who can maintain high standards of execution while following specific protocols and instructions.Tasks ListSearch Engine Marketing (SEM) Management• Manage and optimize bolthires Ads campaigns• Execute Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies• Handle LinkedIn Ads campaigns• Assist in developing advertising strategiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)• Execute SEO tasks following detailed instructions• Perform administrative SEO-related activities• Follow specific protocols for repetitive optimization tasksCampaign Analysis & Reporting• Monitor campaign performance across platforms• Follow detailed reporting procedures• Maintain accurate documentation of activitiesAdministrative Support• Assist team members with various tasks• Follow established processes and procedures• Maintain organized records of work completedRequirements• Proven experience managing bolthires Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions with high accuracy• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and best practices• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and practices• Excellent English communication skills• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities• Ability to work independently while following established procedures• Professional attitude with good time management skills• WFH Set-Up:• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, and up.• Internet speed of at least 40 MBPS• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam• Back-up computer and internet connection• Quiet, dedicated workspace at homeWhat to expect...
