About the positionResponsibilities• Explore and design new research methodologies that accurately and efficiently align to the bolthires business objectives, functional area and/or company goals and strategies. • Ensure and influence the timing, scope and resources assigned to each project is aligned with the business unit's leaders and company's goals. • Explore the development of new and existing testing methodologies and tools to support bolthires product portfolio needs. Requirements• Education B.S.Sensory evaluation or product development experience in food/beverage, or behavior/psychology, preferred. • Skilled in designing experiments and analyzing data using statistical software - 3 years. • Experience in specific field or utilizing designated skills Sensory training and test execution for a food or beverage company including focus group and other qualitative testing - 5 years.
