Senior Visual Designer (Institutional-Grade) — Ongoing Work

Our presentations, investor materials and reporting packs must look like they come from a top-tier private equity firm or REIT. We move quickly, expect high-quality design and want a long-term relationship with a designer who can elevate the visual standard of everything we produce. • About the role *- Create institutional-grade presentations and reports- Apply our branding, colours and fonts consistently- Produce clean layouts, strong data visualisation and clear storytelling- Ongoing hourly-rate engagement• What You Will Design *- Presentations for investors, lenders, advisory board and internal use- Monthly and quarterly reporting packs- Templates for recurring reports- One-page summaries, diagrams and structures- Charts, dashboards and visual explanations of financial data• Requirements *- Ability to turn complex information into clean, modern visual design- Strong data visualisation skills- Consistent application of existing brand guidelines- Ability to create reusable templates we can edit internally- High attention to detail with no visual clutter or formatting errors- Fast communication and reliable turnaround times• Ideal Experience *- Work for investment firms, private equity, real estate funds, REITs, banks or consulting firms- Portfolio demonstrating institutional-quality design- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Illustrator, Figma and Excel chart styling- Comfortable designing charts, tables, maps, flow diagrams and timelines- Experience preparing polished PDFs and dashboards is a plus• Example Deliverables *- Investor pitch decks- Financial reporting templates- Portfolio dashboards- Capital stack diagrams- Transaction overview decks- Strategy presentations- Board papers- Polished Word or PDF documents• What We Value *- Consistency- Precision- Clean visual style- Ability to turn rough drafts into institutional-grade outputs• Project details *- Ongoing hourly role- Regular monthly work- Additional design tasks as the business grows Apply tot his job
