As aSenior Financial Analyst, you will be part of a talented team that partners with key finance leadership across the company to drive financial excellence and inform strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities• Develop and manage forecasts and financial plans for key functions within the People org, ensuring alignment with company objectives. • Collaborate with business partners to create monthly and quarterly forecasts, as well as annual plans, that drive business outcomes. • Provide actionable reporting, analytics, and data insights to enable business partners to effectively manage their budgets and headcount. • Oversee the quarter-end accrual process, ensuring accurate accounting treatment and requesting journal entries as necessary.• Drive process improvements and implement scalable solutions to enhance forecasting, financial reporting, and data visualization. Essential QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:• A minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, with a strong background in accounting and finance. • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across various levels of management.• Proficiency in Excel, Keynote, and Tableau, with experience in SAP, Adaptive Insights, Workday, or similar corporate finance systems. Preferred QualificationsTo stand out as a candidate, you will ideally have:• A strong track record of managing operating expenses and driving financial planning and analysis. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities. • A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance detail-oriented work with a big-picture perspective.• A proactive approach to driving change and implementing process improvements.
