As aSenior Financial Analyst on the Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products (DPEP) Florida Finance team, you will have the opportunity to analyze metrics and trends to understand business results, provide strategic insights to drive growth, and work closely with operations, business leaders, and partners to make a meaningful impact.About the Role As aSenior Financial Analyst, you will be part of a fast-paced finance team dedicated to influencing the Visitor experience through thorough and inventive analysis. You will support various business areas, including Amusement Park Attractions, Hotel Operations, Live Entertainment, Food and Beverage, Imagineering, Gift vouchers, Technology, Marketing and Sales, Maintenance, Disney Cruise Line, Store Operations, Special Events, Consumer Products (Licensing, Retail, Games, and Publishing), and more.Key Responsibilities: Meet and collaborate with partners across the business to review financial results or make changes to operations Support forecasting, budgeting, and short- and long-term business planning Support the completion of ad-hoc analysis Prepare detailed analysis for presentations and reporting packages toSenior Leadership Develop clear and concise verbal communication that passes information and analysis to partners at all levels, including VPs andSenior VPs Foster business cases for new business opportunities, such as new attractions, hotels, shows, Food and Beverage areas, special events, cruise line projects, and more What You'll Achieve As aSenior Financial Analyst at Disney, you will have the opportunity to: Feel like an "insider" when you visit a store or watch a parade and see Visitors enjoying the work and analysis you do behind the scenes Make a meaningful impact on the business and drive growth Work with a talented team of finance professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results Develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Requirements EssentialQualifications: At least 2+ years of experience in statistical, financial, or strategic analysis Knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting, including experience in acquiring, planning, and analyzing large datasetsThe ability to explain complex analysis in a clear and concise manner and enjoy "storytelling" to engage and influence your audience Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to think strategically Curiosity and a passion for problem-solvingThe ability to work in a team environment, both in-person and virtually, with a positive attitudeThe ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform work responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision PreferredQualifications: Proven ability to creatively solve problems Leadership skills, with a desire to help and push the team forward Self-starter who succeeds in a team environment and constantly seeks opportunities to improve internal processesAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and SQL Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI Knowledge of Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products operations, specialty units, and product offerings Education Required: Four-year degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Science, Accounting, or equivalent Preferred: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI A graduate degree in a quantitative field, an MBA, or a CPA What We Offer As a Disney employee, you will have access to: A competitive salary ($25-$30/hour) A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunities for career growth and professional development A comprehensive benefits packageThe chance to be part of a world-renowned entertainment company and make a meaningful impact on the business Ready to join the Disney team?Click and we'll be in touch soon!
