In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of our organization through data-driven insights and recommendations. As a senior member of the team, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support key business decisions.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of corporate financial processes. Develop and maintain financial models to support key business decisions. Provide accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to senior leadership and stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and special projects. Mentor and train junior analysts in financial analysis techniques and best practices. Continuously monitor and improve financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders. Stay updated on industry and market trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Support external audits and financial reporting requirements. Participate in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial processes. Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives.
