AsSenior Director of Product Management, you will drive the strategic direction and execution of a pioneering longevity-focused drug program from development through regulatory approval. This role will be central to transforming an innovative biotech organization into a commercial-stage company. You will serve as the primary point of contact for program activities, leading cross-functional teams, managing complex timelines, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will build and scale the program management function, enabling rapid growth and operational excellence. Accountabilities• Serve as the program’s primary spokesperson, representing it across internal and external stakeholders. • Own the overall program timeline, ensuring dependencies are clearly understood and regulatory requirements are met.• Lead cross-functional discussions to proactively address risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies. • Partner with functional leads to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. • Escalate critical program issues impacting cost or timelines and propose data-driven solutions to the executive team. • Collaborate with leadership to assign the right subject-matter experts to project needs, set clear goals, and measure performance. • Coach and guide teams to break down silos, foster collaboration, and align program strategy with broader organizational initiatives.• Create and deliver presentations, dashboards, and communications tailored to general, technical, and executive audiences. Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or health-related field (advanced degree is a plus but not required). • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector. • Strong understanding of discovery, preclinical development, clinical trials, CMC, and commercialization processes.• Proven ability to anticipate challenges, think creatively, and deliver innovative solutions to complex problems. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt style for executive-level audiences. • Highly collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across functions. • Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing project managers. • Proactive, decisive, and able to execute on time-sensitive priorities.
