Position:Senior Consultant II | Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Location: Glenn Dale OverviewSenior Consultant II | Certified Public Accountant (CPA) role for Pro Sidian Consulting. This full-time position supports an engagement for a branch of the federal government involved in currency production, tax collection, debt management, banking supervision, and fiscal policy advising. The engagement includes financial management and operations, strategic planning and analysis, auditing services, general and real property support, and compliance and risk management support.Responsibilities • Provide auditing services to Treasury Forfeiture Fund (TFF) programs, including annual audits, general and real property audits, and audit reconciliations. • Support financial management, strategic planning, analytical, investigative, and operational tasks for TEOAF and its TFF Programs. • Assist with financial, strategic, analytical, investigative, and operational support as part of the contract team. • Perform process mapping, workflow documentation, work plan development, and system requirements analysis; ensure work is thorough, accurate, and delivered on schedule.• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and demonstrate broad software proficiency (Microsoft Office and related tools). • Maintain professional standards to comply with established criteria and deliver high-quality work products. Qualifications • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) OR Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with at least five (5) years of audit experience, including two (2) years with federal government in leading and providing technical assistance to compliance audits. • Experience auditing and analyzing processes, procedures, and compliance; knowledge of GAO Government Auditing Standards and related OMB Circulars (A-11, A-123, A-134, A-136) and relevant Acts (DIGITAL Accountability and Transparency Act, Improper Payments Elimination and Recovery Improvement Act).• Consecutive prior experience in a role with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years; ability to work independently and communicate effectively; strong written and verbal communication skills. • Location: CONUS, Washington, DC (plus remote work). Travel & Location Travel as coordinated with the technical POC and approved by the Contracting Officer in advance, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. Work shall be conducted in CONUS - Washington, DC (Plus Remote).
