Senior Consultant, Continuous Improvement

About the positionResponsibilities• Implement and optimize Continuous Improvement software and related services offerings. • Assess a client's readiness from a process and governance perspective. • Design, implement, and manage cost reduction and margin management programs. • Define user requirements and configure the system to meet those requirements. • Validate functionality and test key features and outputs of the software. • Help clients define their business and technical requirements for the software.• Collaborate with consultants of other solutions, product management, and engineering. • Utilize financial, business, and organization data to develop effective analyses. • Lead onsite and web-based client training. • Identify project risks and collaborate with clients and internal resources to resolve them. • Measure and communicate the outcome of software implementations. • Continue to work with clients post go-live to coordinate updates and promote new feature adoption. • Work in an Agile environment for software development.• Use SQL and Strata implementation tools for client projects. • Assist in securing additional service engagements and strategizing for license renewals. Requirements• 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare finance, or a comparable role. • Demonstrated interest in providing a world class level of client service. • Understanding of financial concepts and/or clinical workflows. • Ability to efficiently analyze data to provide meaningful insights. • Project management skills.• Ability to respond to client needs as they arise. • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work effectively with limited guidance. Nice-to-haves• Lean/Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green or Black Belt). • Professional and/or academic background in SQL and relational database concepts.
