Senior Business Intelligence Specialist We’re looking for aSenior Business Intelligence Analyst who can do more than just build dashboards, we need someone who can translate data into stories that influence decisions at the highest levels. As part of the Global Sales Operations BI team, you’ll play a critical role in designing, delivering, and communicating insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, leveraging bolthires Fabric, Power BI, Salesforce, and modern data platforms to uncover opportunities and guide strategic action.This role is perfect for a data professional who thrives on both the technical and business sides of analytics, someone who loves getting deep into data but can also own the narrative in executive meetings. Key Responsibilities Develop and own advanced, scalable dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI and Fabric to support global sales operations. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance leadership to define KPIs, metrics, and data-driven strategies. Analyze complex datasets from multiple systems (Salesforce, CRM, financial data sources, etc.) to uncover actionable insights.Present findings with clarity and confidence, guiding senior stakeholders through the “so what”, connecting data trends to business outcomes. Lead insight discussions and performance reviews, helping leadership teams make informed decisions. Continuously optimize data models, queries, and pipelines to ensure scalability, reliability, and speed. Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. Mentor and support other analysts, promoting best practices in visualization design, storytelling, and business engagement.Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or (equivalent experience) in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles, with a proven track record of influencing business decisions. Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Power BI and bolthires Fabric for dashboard development and data modeling. Strong experience with Salesforce data and other CRM/ERP systems. Solid understanding of SQL, DAX, and modern data platforms.Familiarity with ETL processes, data pipelines, and governance best practices. Analytical & Business Acumen Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights. Skilled in defining KPIs and building performance frameworks for global sales operations. Strong grasp of revenue drivers, operational efficiency, and strategic business planning. Communication & Leadership Exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences. Ability to lead insight discussions and influence senior stakeholders.Experience mentoring analysts and promoting best practices in visualization and analytics. Other Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
