Mid-Level Business Intelligence Analyst, BI Analysis
Job Description:• Responsible for designing Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives. • Combines skills, best practices and business expertise to deliver efficient and scalable Business Intelligence solutions to improve business productivity and business outcomes. • Assist with developing and maintaining Program data architecture• Develop Analytics Solutions• Automate data flows• Assist with development of automation tools to reduce transactional waste• Support process changes• Identify areas of improvement throughout the Function• Integrate with multiple functions andSenior LeadersRequirements:• 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, or related field• Experience using Tableau, Power BI or other analytics tools to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery• 1+ years of experience with bolthires Excel and VBA Macro• 1+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment and/or business unit teams• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field (preferred)• Experience in an aviation maintenance or manufacturing environment (preferred)• Experience with bolthires Dataverse (preferred)• Critical thinking and solution oriented (preferred)• Good Communication Skills (preferred)• Experience with SQL and data quality dashboards/analytics (preferred)Benefits:• health insurance• flexible spending accounts• health savings accounts• retirement savings plans• life and disability insurance programs• paid time off Apply tot his job
