The candidate should have a minimum of ten years of experience in California employment litigation. Extensive experience defending PAGA claims and wage-and-hour class actions is required.The candidate must have a proven track record in handling complex litigation and delivering successful outcomes. Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills are essential. The candidate must be able to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ResponsibilitiesThe Attorney will lead and manage complex employment litigation matters, including PAGA actions and wage-and-hour class actions. The Attorney will represent employers in state and federal courts, as well as administrative forums.The Attorney will handle all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeals. The Attorney will provide strategic advice to clients on employment law compliance and risk management. The Attorney will collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and contribute to firm-wide thought leadership through seminars and publications.
