We unify AI-driven voice automation (Lou and Lou+), VoIP phone systems tailored for property operations, emergency maintenance handling, PMS integrations (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, ResMan), and resident communication tools. As we enter a new phase of growth and rebrand our platform, we are looking for a Fractional CMO who can elevate our messaging, sharpen our identity, define our GTM strategy, strengthen demand generation, and help refine our voice as a human-first, modern, innovative company in the proptech and AI space.Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior marketing leader who can partner closely with our Product, Sales, and Executive teams to drive top-line growth, clarify product positioning, enhance our brand strategy, and build an integrated marketing system that consistently generates high-intent leads. This is a part-time, contract role for someone with extensive experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or proptech marketing who can operate strategically while also guiding tactical execution. ResponsibilitiesDefine the overall marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, content, product marketing, and events.Establish clear positioning and messaging for HelloSpoke, Lou, Lou+, and our VoIP platform. Develop a comprehensive go-to-market plan aligned with revenue goals and product roadmap. Lead the redesign of our buyer journey, including website structure, funnels, and campaign flows. Build and oversee content strategy (blogs, case studies, white papers, product updates, customer stories). Create a cohesive narrative that blends our human-first, slightly playful brand tone with enterprise-grade professionalism.Collaborate with design and web teams to ensure consistent brand identity across all channels. Build or refine systems for lead nurturing, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation. Evaluate current marketing gaps and identify quick-win opportunities for growth. Advise on SEO strategy, competitor positioning, and category differentiation within proptech and AI communications. Guide paid media strategy (if applicable) and ensure performance tracking across channels. Coach junior marketing contributors or external contractors as needed.Report directly to the CEO or Head of Product on marketing performance and roadmap alignment. Requirements8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally as a Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, or CMO. Strong understanding of AI, voice technology, proptech, or communications platforms. Proven experience building demand generation systems that drive consistent qualified pipeline. Expertise in positioning, messaging, and category differentiation. Demonstrated success designing or overseeing a high-performing SaaS website and funnel.Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on guidance for tactical work. Experience managing brand refreshes, launches, and integrated campaigns. Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technology. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools. Comfortable working asynchronously with distributed teams. Available for recurring weekly or bi-weekly strategy calls. Preferred ExperienceProptech, real estate technology, or multifamily industry experience.Leading marketing at an early-stage or growth-stage SaaS company. Managing contractors, agencies, or in-house creative teams. Data-driven decision making with strong analytical foundation.
