Full-Time Fractional CFO (Philippines) - $20/hr | Build Scalable Financial Systems for a $150K/mo AgencyAbout UsWe’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping auto repair and vehicle service shops across the US and Australia generate consistent leads through Google and Meta ads. We’re currently doing around $150,000/month in revenue and plan to scale to $300K → $600K/month over the next 12–24 months. We’re now looking for a Philippines-based full-time fractional CFO / financial strategist who can bring complete clarity, control, and predictive insight to our numbers - and help guide us toward our growth goals.This is not a part-time or advisory position. You’ll be the financial brain of the company, working directly with the Founder and leadership team every day. Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain real-time financial dashboards in Google Sheets (revenue, churn, expenses, profit, and cashflow). - Create dynamic projection and scenario models to forecast growth and guide decisions. - Manage daily bookkeeping and reconciliation (Xero/QuickBooks) with 100% accuracy. - Prepare monthly financial reports and translate the numbers into clear insights and actions.- Track profitability by client, service, and country, identifying risks and opportunities. - Design and refine budget, forecasting, and cashflow frameworks aligned with our growth targets. - Support audits, coordinate with tax accountants, and ensure clean records across all systems. - Work closely with the Founder to provide real-time financial decision support and insight. What Success Looks Like (First 30 Days)- All books fully reconciled and current- Live Google Sheets dashboard tracking real-time performance- Predictive model built to visualise growth from $150K → $300K/month- Scenario plotting for month on month projections and cash flow management- Monthly financial report summarizing insights, drivers, and action steps- Fast, accurate answers to any financial question - same dayRequirements- Must be based in the Philippines and available during PH business hours (9AM–6PM)- Must be extremely responsive - same-day replies and fast report turnarounds- Minimum 5+ years experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A (preferably with service-based businesses)- Expert-level Google Sheets / Excel skills - modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and dashboards- Strong understanding of cashflow management, P&L, and forecasting principles- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive - not just a bookkeeper, but a thinkerBonus Points If You:- Have scaled a service-based or agency business 2–4x in revenue- Have experience with Stripe and XERO- Love creating dashboards and explaining insights visually- Thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led environmentCompensation & Schedule- $20 USD/hour, paid weekly via Upwork- Full-time, long-term role (40 hours/week)- Philippine business hours required- Stable, long-term position with opportunity to grow as the company scalesTo Apply - Please include:- A short introduction about your background in finance or CFO work- A sample Google Sheet or dashboard you’ve built (screenshot or link)- A 2–4 minute Loom video walking through:- A financial model or dashboard you’ve built- How you use data to guide business decisions- Why you’re excited to help a company scale from $150K → $300K/month-Confirmation that you can work full-time, Philippine hours, and respond same-dayWhyThis Role MattersOur mission is to build the most trusted growth partner for auto service businesses.To do that, we need complete financial clarity - every day.
