Scrum Master (Product Owner) remote position

Title - Scrum Master (Product Owner) Location:Remote # of positions: 1 Assignment duration: 12 months Job description: • Ability to partner with Product Managers to decompose Program Epic work requirements and priorities into features. • Ability to create detailed user stories for these defined features • Full accountability for execution of assigned user stories and associated products/deliverables • Engage with Scrum Master and team members on a regular basis to ensure assigned features are fully executed within the prescribed Program Increment.Hold all appropriate Product Owner ceremonies as necessary (PI Planning, Grooming, Demo etc.) • Lead prioritization of work for delivery team based on business value and engagement with stakeholders • Responsible for user story management, including accu* story descriptions and acceptance criteria • Comfortable with escalating risks to Product Manager • Experience with Insurance Industry/Customer User experience is a plus • Coordinate with product, UX, copy, and architecture/delivery teams for the execution of software development projects.Ability to capture their decisions and bring back to the development team through user stories. • Comfortable demo-ing working software and understanding multiple software platforms • Comfortable and effective working across multiple business units, including Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams • Analytical, organized, and an independent problem-solver • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Ability to manage changes to scope and schedule accordingly.
