Key responsibilitiesSolution Ownership & FeasibilityEvaluate project scopes and challenge or refine estimates based on technical and business realities. Translate client needs into clear, feasible architectural solutions, ensuring scope and complexity are aligned with project goals. Identify risks, dependencies, and technical trade-offs early in the process. Client Communication & LeadershipRepresent architecture decisions to senior stakeholders (up to C-level) with clarity and confidence. Act as a bridge between client teams and internal engineering, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and estimations as the senior architectural voice. Technical ExpertiseDesign and oversee implementations on Sitecore XM Cloud (mandatory). Maintain a deep understanding of Sitecores evolving ecosystem Search, Personalize, Content Hub, Send, etc. and how these components integrate. Provide guidance on best practices for composable architecture, performance, scalability, and cloud-based deployment models. Ensure architectural decisions support maintainability and business value.Leadership & MentorshipMentor senior engineers, helping them understand architectural patterns and rationale. Review and validate technical deliverables from a solution design and feasibility standpoint. Promote a calm, structured, and solutions-oriented culture in cross-functional discussionsRequirements• 5+ years of experience in Sitecore-based architecture, including at least 1+ years on XM Cloud. • Proven experience in client-facing roles, communicating with business and technical stakeholders.• Strong understanding of modern Sitecore composable solutions• XM Cloud• Sitecore Search• Sitecore Personalize• Content Hub & Send• Ability to translate client needs into technical architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, and effort estimates. • Comfortable with challenging technical assumptions and estimates constructively. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English (C1+). • Experience working in Agile delivery environments and cross-functional international teams.Preferred skillsExperience integrating Sitecore with CRM, ERP, or e-commerce systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, etc.)Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and headless implementations (Next.js, React, etc.)Previous background as a Lead Developer or Solution Architect in Sitecore before transitioning to broader architectural leadership.
