With a holistic view, the SFHC Architect identifies cross product/domain dependencies and facilitate the complex architecture topics with the right stakeholders. The SFHC Architect has great leadership skills, believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust.Working with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results. The position will ideally locate from Phoenix, AZ, but the right individual can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Responsibilities• Secure alignment between Corporate strategy and the Product Architecture• Mapping functional requirements to SFHC features and functionality• Define architectural strategies and principles and actively secure its implementation• Hands on implementation of application features where required• Ability to perform deep code reviews of code submitted by the development team• Configure and customize SFHC application/solution as per business requirements and expectations using out-of-box features and SFHC platform• Analyze impact on business capabilities in both new and existing business models, in early stages of a new initiative• Identify cross products or domain dependencies and early on involvement of stakeholders• Acts as a facilitator of complex technical topics that require cross-functional consultation.• Provide guidance and coaching to product teams on solution concepts and tech topics, and establish governance processes and control mechanisms to ensure product development objectives are achieved• Lead technical design sessions and produce technical design documents• Maintain and develop the necessary set of group-level architecture descriptions and concepts• Identify new product and technical capabilities from SFHC during new product releases• Identify areas of developing reusable components and accelerators• Participate in data strategy and road map exercises, data architecture definition, business intelligence / data warehouse product selection, design and implementation.• Bring new ideas, concepts and cutting-edge technology to the organization. • Incorporate data security and HIPAA compliance, along with data protection (transit and at-rest) to build a solid security model• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications• At least 3+ years of experience as Sales Force Health Cloud Architect and overall 7+ years of Sales Force platform. • Deep hands-on expertise on implementing any feature of integration requirements in SFHC. • Expert level experience with declarative configuration of the various Salesforce Clouds, data modeling and migration• Solid understanding of programmatic solutions on the SFHC platform and when to use configuration vs.code, as well as integration architecture and tools• Knowledge of cross cloud architecture, SFCC, SFMC and SFCC• Experience working on supporting SFHC applications preferably based on service cloud or health cloud• Extensive development experience on the SFHC platform using VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions• Experience working with declarative configuration such as Flows, Process Builder, and out of the box Lightning functionality• Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating SFHC with different business systems• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies• Ability to communicate complex issues to diverse audiences in a manner that is easily understood and actionable• Ability to apply TCO to domains/product areas• Experimental mindset to drive innovation and facilitates coaching and mentorship for junior colleagues• Skills in documenting architecture from different perspectives• At least 3 Salesforce certifications required• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related is required• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload• Self-starter, take ownership of projects• Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven, and complex healthcare setting.Benefits• Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, HSA, FSA• Life Insurance• PTO, Sick, Holiday pay• Tuition Reimbursement• Commuter Benefits• 401k with MatchHybrid/Remote Schedule#LI-RemoteThis role has a salary range of $93,074 to $123,323 and regular, full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid time off (PTO).
