Major International Paper Company seeking experience Sales/Business Development professional to handle U.S East Coast and Mid West accounts. Focus on EXPORT PAPER business sourcing from paper mills. Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales and business development, with a focus on B2B sales. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, the ability to manage accounts effectively, and a passion for new product marketing/sales.The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demos, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth. • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. • Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market analysis for management review. Requirements• Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, preferably in B2B environments in the Paper or Pulp Industry experience. • Strong understanding of account management principles and territory sales strategies.• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs. • Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus. • Ability to conduct product demos confidently and persuasively. • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. • A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
