HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:The Sales Operations & Strategy Manager - Retail for the North American region will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, implementing sales technologies, and ensuring the sales and marketing teams operate efficiently to support business growth and customer satisfaction.This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive sales performance. THE DETAILS:Key Responsibilities Include:• Process Optimization & Technology: Capture business requirements, streamline sales processes, ensure data quality, document workflows, and implement technologies to enhance team performance. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align strategies, manage deliverables, develop pipeline tools, and ensure pricing consistency across teams.• Reporting & Forecasting: Build KPI dashboards and reports, prepare leadership growth packs, lead forecasting and annual planning cycles, and track performance against strategic targets. • Training & Support: Educate sales teams on new tools and processes, provide ongoing support, coordinate training programs, manage global customer communications, and assist with contract negotiations in collaboration with legal and functional teams. • Communication & Documentation: Maintain clear communication channels, ensure accurate documentation of processes and meetings, and provide timely updates to keep stakeholders aligned.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:• Bachelor’s Degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience required. • 5+ years of applicable experience required. Background in Sales Operations or related field preferred. • Proven experience in sales operations, business development support, or a related role. • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, thrive in a customer-centric culture and have a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and PowerBI• Experience in preparing executive-level reports and presentations• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to express oneself clearly and in technical and non-technical terms• Available to work on site or remote as required by job; eligible for domestic and international travel several times per year up to two weeks’ duration• Travel required up to 25%At Oregon Tool, we provide a reasonable, good-faith estimate of the compensation range for this role of $105,000 to $125,000.Final offers are based on various factors such as experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity. This range may vary based on geographic location where the position is filled, and most new hires are not typically hired at the top of the range.
