Pay Rate: $85.00/hrWork Details:• Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week• Work from home/remote positionContract Details:• Start Date: ASAP• End Date: 12/31/2025 (possible extension)Job Details:• The Clinical Consultant is responsible for conducting clinical reviews of medical job accommodation requests submitted under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).• This role ensures that all requests are evaluated in accordance with federal and state disability laws, internal policies, and best practices. • The consultant serves as a key liaison between employees, healthcare providers, HR Compliance, and line-of-business managers to facilitate the support the interactive process and determine reasonable accommodations.
