Assists with recommendations and implementations for new processes and solutions. This is an entry level position performing routineassignments. HybridRole: 2 Days in Office (Newark) 3 Days WFHResponsibilities:• Review and follow-up on data reporting for internal and external sources; identify and communicate business needs as necessary.• Assist in creating forecasting tools using current technology/systems (Access, Excel, Monarch, etc.). • May participate in various internal and external project workgroups. • May recommend solutions based on data analysis to increase business efficiency. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects, implementations, system fixes and enhancements, etc. • May prepare materials for internal and external audit activities. • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management to include: scheduling meetings and coordination of all support.• The role supports multiple Directors, each with specific tasks needed to support. Education:• Bachelor's degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.. Experience:• Minimum of two (2) years experience in operational role. • Role is both administrative and analytical, with a heavy emphasis on administrative tasks. Knowledge:• Strong Power Point skills strongly preferred. • Knowledge of Healthcare industry preferred. • Strong Computer Skills, bolthires Office products to include (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.).• Team Player, Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills.
