[Remote] Technical Support Engineer I

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hawk Ridge Systems is a leading 3D Design Software and 3D Printing Reseller, seeking a remote Technical Support Engineer. The role involves providing technical support to customers, developing expertise in SOLIDWORKS applications, and maintaining communication to resolve issues.
