[Remote] Systems Engineer - Cloud DevOps Tech Support

They are seeking a Systems Engineer to provide Cloud DevOps technical support for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), focusing on cloud technologies and mission-critical infrastructure. Responsibilities• Serve as the first line of technical support for FAA cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and hybrid systems• Respond to, investigate, and resolve service desk tickets related to cloud services, networking, and DevOps tools• Troubleshoot user access issues, system connectivity problems, and application performance concerns• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while maintaining clear documentation of actions taken• Provide day-to-day operational support including system monitoring, patching, and maintenance• Assist with account management, role-based access control (RBAC), and security compliance• Document troubleshooting procedures, lessons learned, and standard operating procedures• Support system upgrades, migrations, and deployments under the guidance of senior staff• Coordinate with FAA teams to ensure reliable and secure operation of cloud resourcesSkills• Bachelor's degree in ANY field (HS diploma + 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degree)• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required• Ability to obtain a Public Trust (non-SSBI)• Must be a U.S.Citizen at the time of application• Master's degree preferred but not required• Positional-related certifications focused on cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT are highly desiredCompany Overview• Talentremedy connects companies with skilled professionals for temporary and permanent positions.
