OM Housing is looking for an Oracle Cloud ERP Report Developer to join their team, focusing on delivering high-quality financial reporting across key modules. The role involves collaborating with finance stakeholders, designing and maintaining reports, and providing technical support to ensure data-driven financial decisions. Responsibilities• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM & Tax Management.• Design, build, test & maintain financial reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and BICC, ensuring accuracy and business value. • Develop & validate Oracle Cloud ERP finance reports based on deep knowledge of data models, tables, and reporting patterns. • Ensure alignment with standards including version control, release management, and data integrity best practices. • Provide technical support & mentorship to team members and serve as the Finance Reporting SME for IT partners. • Support quarterly, legislative, and custom upgrades, managing reporting impacts for Finance modules.• Analyze & resolve reporting issues, recommending continuous improvements. • Prepare technical specs, document solutions, and communicate clearly with business users. Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience• 3+ years hands-on experience developing & supporting reporting for Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)• Proven experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and deep understanding of Oracle finance table structures• Expert-level experience with BI Publisher, customization, bursting, and deployment of finance reports• Strong knowledge of financial reporting lifecycle & compliance in ERP systems• Ability to support financial data integrations & migrations (file / service-based)• Excellent communication skills with strong documentation discipline• Functional experience across Oracle ERP Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)• Hands-on experience with FRS, OTBI, BICC reporting for finance scenarios• Experience with automation tools (ESS job scheduling, BICC extract, bursting)• Background in Healthcare Finance / ERP environments is highly desirableCompany Overview• Residential property acquisition and management with OMHousing.It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in, with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
