[Remote] System Administrator | $65/hour

They are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to manage and optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring security compliance and supporting the team with reliable technology solutions. Responsibilities• Configure and deploy KnowBe4 for security awareness training• Set up Jamf for device management• Complete Vanta setup for IT compliance• Implement automation for employee onboarding and offboarding workflows• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees• Administer Google Workspace and company-wide software subscriptions• Manage Jamf for device compliance and security• Maintain Vanta and complete IT compliance tasks• Oversee KnowBe4 security awareness training program• Respond to and resolve IT tickets via JSM• Handle ad-hoc IT requests from employees• Document IT procedures, processes, and troubleshooting steps (Runbooks)• Improve JSM ticket workflows for efficiency• Maintain and enhance automation for onboarding/offboarding• Monitor all IT systems and software for security and compliance• Collaborate with Operations and CloudOps teams on IT and engineering tasksSkills• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar IT role• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and SaaS application management• Experience with Jamf, Vanta, and security compliance frameworks• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for onboarding/offboarding• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills• Strong communication and collaboration abilities• Experience with Atlassian tools, Auth0, and Jira Service Management• Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCompany Overview• Feldspar & Flint helps businesses unlock growth through Strategy, Talent, and Leadership.It was founded in 2025, and is headquartered in New York, NY, US, with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
