Remote Splunk Developer | Dashboard Developer | Strong in LinuxSRE Data Visualization & Scorecard Engineer Grafana / ServiceNow / Power BIEmployment Type: W2 Only (No C2C)Location: RemoteWe are seeking an SRE Data Visualization & Scorecard Engineer to design and deliver the Central SRE Golden Dashboard and enterprise-wide SRE scorecards for 40+ healthcare applications. This role transforms telemetry and ITSM data into intuitive, actionable insights used by executives, operations teams, and SRE leadership.Key Responsibilities• Design, build, and optimize SRE dashboards and scorecards covering reliability, maturity, MTTx trends, incident/risk analytics, and operational performance. • Develop and maintain the enterprise-level Golden Dashboard as the single pane of glass for leadership, operations, and SRE governance. • Integrate and model data from observability platforms and ServiceNow into a unified reporting and analytics layer. • Define, document, and standardize metric definitions, calculation logic, data lineage, and data quality validation checks.• Create user guides, training materials, and walkthroughs to ensure all stakeholders understand dashboard usage and interpretation. • Partner with SRE, operations, infrastructure, and BI teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement. Required Experience & Skills• 7+ years of experience in Data Visualization, BI Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or similar roles. • Strong hands-on expertise with Grafana and/or Power BI (or comparable BI/analytics tools). • Experience working with ServiceNow Performance Analytics or building dashboards using ITSM datasets.• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and time-series analytics. • Proven experience delivering executive-level and operational dashboards in SRE, IT operations, or technology environments. • Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear, intuitive, and meaningful visualizations. Preferred / Nice to Have• Experience in healthcare IT (IT operations, clinical operations, quality/safety reporting). • Familiarity integrating data from tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, or similar observability platforms.• Understanding of SRE concepts such as SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident patterns, and MTTR/MTTI metrics.
