Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lupus Consulting is seeking a skilled PTP – Procurement Consultant to support a large-scale organizational separation project. The role involves analyzing, restructuring, and implementing procurement processes aligned with the new organizational model for two independent business divisions. Responsibilities• Provide expert guidance on SAP Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes within the context of a corporate carve-out. • Analyze existing procurement workflows and redesign them to support the structure and needs of two newly separated divisions.• Support SAP system configuration related to purchasing, vendor management, pricing, and procurement approvals. • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, finance, and supply chain to map requirements and ensure proper alignment. • Manage master data adjustments related to suppliers, purchasing info records, and procurement-related materials. • Contribute to testing cycles including SIT and UAT, and support cutover and go-live activities. • Ensure compliance with corporate procurement standards and help mitigate operational and process-related risks.Skills• Strong experience as an SAP PTP / Procurement Consultant, preferably within transformation or separation projects. • Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, vendor management, and SAP purchasing functions. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent English and strong, confident Spanish language skills are mandatory. • Ability to work effectively in a complex, multinational environment.
