This role involves designing, conducting, and evaluating research projects that support the development of new scientific and technical solutions, with a focus on advancing discovery and innovation. Responsibilities• Conduct independent and collaborative research aligned with organizational objectives. • Design experiments, collect data, analyze results, and present findings.• Develop research protocols, documentation, and standard operating procedures. • Prepare or contribute to reports, publications, and presentations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into practical applications. • Keep up to date with scientific trends, literature, and emerging technologies. Skills• Strong understanding of scientific principles, research methods, and data analysis. • Experience conducting research in a laboratory, technical, or scientific environment. • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy.• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse teams. • Previous experience in research, laboratory work, or technical project environments. • Familiarity with scientific tools, instruments, or data-analysis software. • Experience in a cross-disciplinary or fast-paced research setting.
