[Remote] Project Manager, Ancillary Growth Initiatives

The Project Manager, Growth Initiatives will support the development of organic growth strategies, operationalizing plans, and ensuring collaboration across teams. Responsibilities• Makes travel arrangements for the Department Head and other staff members in the department. • Develop and manage project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.• Create and maintain playbooks, toolkits, and standardized processes to scale growth efforts across the organization. • Monitor and report on progress to senior leadership, highlighting risks, dependencies, and opportunities. • Coordinate the creation of training and communication materials to support adoption of new initiatives. • Support the development and execution of growth initiatives within physician practices, focusing on provider engagement, patient outcomes, and service line expansion. • Serve as liaison between practices, functions, and leadership to align goals, priorities, and timelines.• Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Skills• Strong track record of learning technology-based tools and ability to learn/use Salesforce, Think Cell, and related tools/technology• Proven success managing cross-functional projects with measurable impact. • Strong organizational and project planning skills with attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience working with leadership teams. • Experience developing playbooks, processes, or frameworks to support scaling organizations.• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Bachelor’s degree preferred• Experience working across Microsoft Office 365 platform (Outlook, Power Point, Excel) and across other systems as needed. • 4-7 years of project management, program management, or operations experience (healthcare or physician practice setting preferred).
