[Remote] Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Consultant-Remote

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vidorra Consulting Group is seeking an Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Consultant. The role involves supporting and enhancing financial consolidation and reporting processes using Oracle HFM, collaborating with finance teams, and ensuring the application runs efficiently during critical financial periods. Responsibilities• Support and maintain Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications, including metadata, rules, data forms, and financial reports• Participate in the design, development, and deployment of HFM-based consolidation solutions• Perform regular maintenance activities, including metadata updates, hierarchy management, and data validation• Manage data loads, integrations, and mappings using tools such as FDMEE or equivalent• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles by ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and timely availability of reports• Troubleshoot and resolve HFM application issues related to data loads, consolidation processes, translation, and reporting• Work with finance teams to understand business requirements and develop/modify HFM functionalities accordingly• Develop and maintain financial reports using HFM Smart View or FR Studio• Ensure data integrity, accounting accuracy, and compliance with corporate financial processes• Assist in upgrading HFM environments, testing patches, and implementing new features• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and external vendors• Document system configurations, business rules, processes, and standard operating procedures• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesSkills• 4–6 Years of experience• Strong, hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)• Experience in HFM metadata management, rules writing, consolidation logic, and reporting• Good understanding of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, translations, and reporting cycles• Experience with FDMEE, Smart View, FR Studio, or similar tools• Solid understanding of SQL, data integration, and ETL processes (preferred)• Exposure to Agile methodology, sprint planning, and iterative development• Experience supporting global finance teams• Knowledge of Oracle EPM cloud modules (optional but beneficial)Company Overview• Vidorra Consulting is a Software Consulting firm with strong focus on niche areas of Robotics Process Automation, Analytics & Data Integration and Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA).It was founded in 2009, and is headquartered in Houston, Texas, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
